How does your web hosting work?

There are many different classes of hosting available, with varying levels of security and availability.

We take hosting seriously. Our websites are hosted on secure servers in a redundant server cluster, housed in an enterprise-class datacenter with redundant internet connections and backup power systems.

What does 'hosting includes updates and maintenance' mean?

We understand that your website needs to stay up to date. Waiting lists open and close, staff changes, payment standards and forms need to be updated regularly. When these changes need to be made, just let us know, and we take care of it.

Regular updates and maintenance includes changing the text on pages, replacing forms or documents. If major changes, like adding new pages or creating a new layout are necessary, we will provide a quote.

I already have a domain, can I use it for your web hosting?

Yes. There are several ways that we can work with your existing domain. Please contact us so that we can discuss your current configuration and determine what will work best for you.

I already have a website, can I transfer it to your hosting?

Because there are many different hosting platforms available, it may not be possible for us simply copy your website to our servers. However, we can design a new website for your, either with a similar or a new layout. We can use as much or as little of the existing content of your website as you wish.

How is PHA-Web design and hosting different?

We offer affordable business class hosting on secure servers in a redundant server cluster, housed in an enterprise-class datacenter with redundant internet connections and backup power systems. Our website hosting includes regular updates and maintenance.

Our goal is to provide you with a complete service.

Can you help us meet state requirements?

Some states are requiring housing authorities to make certain information available online. This includes contact information, yearly financial documents, and more. In many cases the financial documents need to be available for a period of years.

We can help you to get in compliance quickly and easily.
